Negative decision on application

Negative decision on application or exemption letter is an official explanation of the authorized body identifying the products that are not subject of mandatory certification.

In the fire safety certification system the fire safety certification authorities issue exemption letters based on Technical regulations for fire safety requirements Federal Law No. 123- FZ as of July 22, 2008.

The letter is drawn up on the form of the issuing authority sealed by the official stamp. The exemption letter should include list of products and one legal person who is document holder. In order to prevent document forgery the exemption letter could be marked by a holographic label. The duration of exemption letter is one year.

Order of procedure:

  1. File an application by means of application form, email or telephone.

  2. Agreement of procedure order, due time and cost of works.

  3. Submission of all necessary documents.

  4. Contract conclusion / works payment under contract.

  5. Analyze of production status (if it is provided by certification procedure).

  6. Execution, issue and registration permitting documentation.
